We start with all-pork sausage, and we smoke it slowly. Over real hickory logs. Then we smoke it again. For a total of seven hours. That’s authentic, double-smoked sausage. You’ll taste the difference in every bite. And about that bite, it gives a nice snap—nothing mushy about it.

We pack in real (and real good) cheddar cheese—from Wisconsin. Our Smoke Masters are picky about the cheese and how we put it in there. And it really works. You’ll get cheese in every bite. You’re going to love it.

Sometimes you just have to get out of the way. There’s nothing like our Double Smoked, seven-hour process over genuine hickory logs. We put the smoke back in smoked sausage. This is a flavor you’re going to remember.

CHIPOTLE CHEDDARCHIPOTLE CHEDDAR

Same great cheddar cheese we use in Cheddar Burst—but we added some zip with real chipotle peppers. Darn right it’s spicy. With this combo, you don’t need mustard. A second glass of water maybe, but no condiment.

APPLEWOOD SMOKED BRATSAPPLEWOOD SMOKED BRATS

A classic brat, smoked first over hickory like our other sausage, but then we introduce applewood for the second smoking. The result is a sweeter smoke. This is the kind of flavor only a Smoke Master can create, but we all can enjoy.
